If the LiveVault Certificates have expired due to incorrect proxy settings or a proxy that has not allowed LiveVault To authenticate to update certificates, you will not be able to run the LiveVault Configuration Wizard to modify or remove these settings.
To remove the Proxy settings;
- Stop the Livevault Backup Service
- Delete the C:\Program Files\Autonomy\Backup Engine\LVConfig.xml file and the Certs Folder
- Run the livevault configuration wizard, click configuration and enter the new proxy settings, login and select "Reprovision An Existing Computer", select the computer from the drop down box and follow the prompts to complete
- Restart the Computer
